Ex-- The children had not been making a noise in this street for one hour.
- The prime minister had not been delivering speech for one hour.

Formula - Subject + Shall /Will + Not + Have + M.V. IIIrd + Object + Etc. .
Ex-- The thief will not have run away before the police comes.
- Rahul will not have reached the college by 10 o'clock.
- They will not have reached to Jaipur .
Interrogative Sentence
